Cu-Cr-Zr-Ce合金时效行为和电滑动磨损性能研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7

在Cu-Cr-Zr合金中加入Ce,采用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等观察和分析了Cu-Cr-Zr-Ce合金时效析出行为,将经过拉拔和时效处理(480℃×2h)的合金线材在自制电磨损试验机上进行电滑动磨损试验,并观察其电滑动磨损表面形貌.结果表明:Cu-0.40Cr-0.11Zr-0.059Ce合金在950℃固溶1h再经480℃时效处理后,其显微硬度和导电率较高;时效前冷变形能够加快时效初期第二相的析出并显著提高合金的性能,固溶合金经60%冷变形再经480℃时效2h后,其显微硬度和导电率分别可达153HV和85.26%IACS(相对导电率);而固溶后直接时效处理的合金的显微硬度和导电率仅为121HV和71.62%IACS;合金的磨损量随加载电流的提高而增大,其主要磨损机制为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损及电蚀磨损.  相似文献

对 2 0 # 钢试样进行碳 -氮共渗热处理 ,考察了共渗层在高速干摩擦条件下的摩擦学性能 ,并用扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱仪对其磨损表面形貌和元素化学状态进行了分析 .结果表明 :随着滑动速度的增加 ,2 0 # 钢表面碳 -氮共渗层的磨损率逐渐降低 ,当滑动速度达到 35m/s左右时 ,磨损率显著增大 .扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱分析结果表明 ,高速轻载干摩擦条件下 2 0 # 钢表面碳 -氮共渗层的摩擦学性能同磨损表面氧化物的形成和剥落密切相关 ,而磨损率的显著增加是由于磨损表面氧化物类型发生从Fe2 O3 到FeO的转变所致 .  相似文献

Summary  The singular integral equation method is applied to the calculation of the stress intensity factor at the front of a rectangular crack subjected to mixed-mode load. The stress field induced by a body force doublet is used as a fundamental solution. The problem is formulated as a system of integral equations with r −3-singularities. In solving the integral equations, unknown functions of body-force densities are approximated by the product of polynomial and fundamental densities. The fundamental densities are chosen to express two-dimensional cracks in an infinite body for the limiting cases of the aspect ratio of the rectangle. The present method yields rapidly converging numerical results and satisfies boundary conditions all over the crack boundary. A smooth distribution of the stress intensity factor along the crack front is presented for various crack shapes and different Poisson's ratio. Stage-I fatigue cracks are commonly described by the model of Bilby, Cottrell and Swinden (BCS model). However, since several experimental investigations have shown a dislocation-free zone (DFZ) in front of crack-tips, it is necessary to validate the new DFZ model and to examine the deviations to the BCS model. Therefore, the dislocation density distribution is derived from height profiles of slip lines in front of stage-I fatigue cracks in CMSX4® single crystals measured by contact-mode atomic force microscopy. This is possible, because the cracks are initiated at notches milled by focused ion beam technique directly on slip planes with a high Schmid factor. Consequently, the directions of the Burgers vectors are well known; it is possible to calculate the dislocation density distributions from the height profiles. The measured distributions are compared to the calculated distribution function of the DFZ model proposed by Chang et al. The additionally measured microscopic friction stress of the dislocations is then used to calculate the influence of grain boundaries on the dislocation density distribution in front of stage-I cracks. The calculation is done by the extended DFZ model of Shiue et al. and compared with the measured distribution function in polycrystalline specimens. Finally, the crack-tip sliding displacement as a measure for the crack propagation rate is compared for the DFZ model and the BCS model with the experimentally revealed values. The important result: the often used BCS model does not reflect the experimental measurements. On the contrary, the DFZ model reflects the measurements at stage-I cracks qualitatively and quantitatively.  相似文献

In this paper,a theoretical model to analyze the mode coupling induced by heat,when the fiber amplifier works at high power configuration,is proposed.The model mainly takes into consideration the mode field change due to the thermally induced refractive index change and the coupling between modes.A method to predict the largest average output power of fiber is also proposed according to the mode coupling theory.The largest average output power of a large pitch fiber with a core diameter of 190 μm and an available pulse energy of 100 mJ is predicted to be 540 W,which is the highest in large mode field fibers.  相似文献

A prominent central peak in the sub‐THz frequency range was observed in the Raman spectra of BaTiO3/(Ba,Sr)TiO3 (BT/BST) superlattice grown on (001)MgO substrate. Both soft and central mode show an anomaly around 200 K and 280 K, which can be correlated with orthorhombic to monoclinic phase transition of BST and BT, respectively. The observed temperature dependence of the central mode enabled us to explain rather broad temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity previously observed in BT/BST superlattices. We consider the coupled problem describing the motion of a linear array of three‐dimensional obstacles floating freely in a homogeneous fluid layer of finite depth. The interaction of time‐harmonic waves with the floating objects is analyzed under the usual assumptions of linear water‐wave theory. Quasi‐periodic boundary conditions and a simplified reduction scheme turn the system into a linear spectral problem for a self‐adjoint operator in Hilbert space. Based upon the operator formulation, we derive a sufficient condition for the nonemptiness of its discrete spectrum. Various examples of obstacles that generate trapped modes are given. Black phosphorus, or BP, has found a lot of applications in recent years including photonics. The most recent studies have shown that the material has an excellent optical nonlinearity useful in many areas, one of which is in saturable absorption for passive mode‐locking. A direct interaction scheme for mode‐locking, however, has a potential to optically cause permanent damage to the already delicate material. Evanescent field interaction scheme has already been proven to be a useful method to prevent such danger for other 2‐dimensional nanomaterials. In this report, we have utilized the evanescent field interaction to demonstrate that the optical nonlinear characteristics of BP is sufficiently strong to use in such an indirect interaction method. The successful demonstration of the passive mode‐locking operation has generated pulses with the pulse duration, repetition rate, and time bandwidth product of 2.18 ps, 15.59 MHz, and 0.336, respectively.  相似文献

装备使用与保障数据是开展装备科学研究的重要依据,而由于管理不善、保密、样本过少等原因常常导致相关数据缺少应有的积累,无法满足实际研究的需要。为了克服这一困难,文章提出通过算法生成数据予以解决。首先根据数据的应用特性,将装备使用与保障数据看作简单数据、规律已知数据和规律未知数据三类,分别制定生成策略。对于简单数据和规律已知数据,通过已有的商用软件或简单的自定义方法生成;对于规律未知数据,采用模式注入或特性继承的方法生成。在某大型装备管理综合信息系统的设计开发中,对这些生成方法进行了工程实践,结果表明了方法的正确性和可行性。  相似文献
